💼 Your Role
A Customer Support Specialist at Restimo is responsible for day-to-day customer support and resolving operational issues.
This role is ideal for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in a technology startup and learn how SaaS products work in a B2B environment.
💡 Responsibilities
- Providing ongoing customer support (phone, email, chat)
- Handling customer requests and resolving technical issues
- Supporting customers in their daily use of the system
- Collaborating with the Customer Success team and the technical team
- Communicating with delivery partners (Uber Eats, Glovo, Bolt Food, Wolt, Pyszne.pl)
- Passing customer reports and feedback to the product team
- Assisting with the configuration of online stores / websites
✅ Requirements
- Current student status
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Independence and good work organization
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Availability for shift work, including weekends (on a rotating basis)
- Technical curiosity and willingness to learn new tools
- Comfortable using Google Workspace
🌟 Nice to Have
- First experience in customer service / support
- Knowledge of the gastronomy / HoReCa industry
- Experience with delivery applications
- Interest in technology and SaaS
