💼 Your Role
A Customer Success Specialist at Restimo is responsible for the full customer lifecycle - from onboarding, through day-to-day cooperation, to relationship growth and retention.
This role is for a proactive, technically curious, and customer-oriented person who can combine customer support, consulting, and problem-solving.
💡 Responsibilities
- Leading onboarding and implementation of new customers
- Providing ongoing customer support (phone, email, chat)
- Building long-term relationships with B2B clients
- Cooperating and coordinating with delivery partners (Uber Eats, Glovo, Bolt Food, Wolt, Pyszne.pl)
- Resolving issues with a strong “customer first” mindset
- Sharing product feedback with the technical team
- Supporting clients in growing their online sales
- Creating and configuring online stores / websites
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success / customer support (B2B or B2C)
- Experience with customer onboarding and retention
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
- Independence and strong work organization skills
- Technical curiosity and ability to quickly learn new tools
- Willingness to work weekends on a rotating basis
- Comfortable using Google Workspace and CRM systems

- Knowledge of the gastronomy / HoReCa / foodtech industry
- Experience with delivery applications
- Basic knowledge of design / UX
- Passion for gastronomy and the local market
