Customer Success Specialist | Restimo

💼 Your Role

A Customer Success Specialist at Restimo is responsible for the full customer lifecycle - from onboarding, through day-to-day cooperation, to relationship growth and retention.

This role is for a proactive, technically curious, and customer-oriented person who can combine customer support, consulting, and problem-solving.

💡 Responsibilities

  • Leading onboarding and implementation of new customers

  • Providing ongoing customer support (phone, email, chat)

  • Building long-term relationships with B2B clients

  • Cooperating and coordinating with delivery partners (Uber Eats, Glovo, Bolt Food, Wolt, Pyszne.pl)

  • Resolving issues with a strong “customer first” mindset

  • Sharing product feedback with the technical team

  • Supporting clients in growing their online sales

  • Creating and configuring online stores / websites

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Success / customer support (B2B or B2C)
  • Experience with customer onboarding and retention
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships
  • English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
  • Independence and strong work organization skills
  • Technical curiosity and ability to quickly learn new tools
  • Willingness to work weekends on a rotating basis
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and CRM systems

  • Knowledge of the gastronomy / HoReCa / foodtech industry
  • Experience with delivery applications
  • Basic knowledge of design / UX
  • Passion for gastronomy and the local market
