Only a few years ago, restaurant owners were drowning in a chaos of tablets, notifications, and uncoordinated orders. Today—thanks to Restimo—one screen is enough. Since January 2024, the Polish tech company has already processed more than 6 million online orders, completely changing the rules of the game for the hospitality sector.
Restimo tackled one of the industry’s most pressing issues by introducing an integrated system that handles online orders from multiple channels at once and links them directly to in-house POS systems. In doing so, it streamlined restaurant operations, saving time and boosting profits.
Since January 2024 this food-delivery revolution has produced over 6 million orders, connecting restaurants with the major delivery platforms—Pyszne.pl, Glovo, Uber Eats, Wolt, and Bolt Food.
“Restaurateurs no longer want to just receive orders. They want to control the process, manage availability, analyse data and—above all—increase profits. Restimo lets them do exactly that,” says Arek Bielecki, Restimo co-founder.

Poland’s restaurant map 2024: what, where and for how much do we order online?
Even though Uber Eats, Wolt, and Glovo drive the most traffic in the Restimo system, local differences prove that food service is still a highly regional game.
- Warsaw – Uber Eats rules here, thanks to ultra-fast delivery, a strong corporate presence, and a dense network of venues.
- Łódź – After the acquisition of PizzaPortal and its local office, Glovo is the clear leader, offering flexible options and strong support for smaller eateries.
- Silesia – Despite nationwide players, Pyszne.pl dominates the conurbation; brand strength and a long-standing market presence make the difference.

Average basket value
Quick-commerce apps attract users in a flash, yet customers spend the most on restaurants’ own websites.
- UpMenu and in-house ordering systems record the highest average basket values—direct customers tend to choose pricier dishes, combos, or add extras.
- Average order via UpMenu: ~ PLN 82
- Average order via Pyszne.pl: ~ PLN 68

Weekend wins: On Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, the basket value averages PLN 78.
But on Mondays… it drops to just PLN 65, as many diners return to home-cooking after weekend indulgence.

Restimo gains momentum
Not long ago, Restimo was a tool adopted mainly by digital-first pioneers. Today it is the tech command centre for thousands of venues across Poland—and the numbers don’t lie.
From January 2024 to March 2025, the monthly value of orders processed through the system shot up from PLN 16.75 million to an impressive PLN 42 million—an increase of more than 150 %!

Restimo in practice – how the app changes restaurateurs’ daily routine
In food service, every minute counts. Every order. Every click. During peak hours, notifications from different apps can hammer like a metronome, inviting chaos. Restimo turns that cacophony into a single, steady rhythm.
One tablet—total control
Instead of juggling five tablets, one device and Restimo’s web app are all you need. It’s a command centre for orders from Uber Eats, Wolt, Glovo, Bolt Food, Pyszne.pl, UpMenu, and more—displayed in one clear panel.
Greater efficiency
Orders flow automatically into the POS, the kitchen, and the courier service. A chit prints, the kitchen gets to work—no re-typing, no mistakes.
Result? Dozens of staff hours saved each month. Employees stop running between tablets and focus on what matters—serving guests and preparing food.
Fewer errors, fewer rejections—more happy customers
Thanks to full automation and auto-acceptance, errors drop by up to 75 %. And that’s not all: only 1.2 % of orders processed by Restimo (Jan 2024 – Mar 2025) were rejected—a figure most of the market can’t match.

The past year has shown that technology in hospitality isn’t the future—it’s the present. Restimo is the prime example. Over the last twelve months, the app has not only simplified operational processes but also tangibly boosted profitability and efficiency for thousands of venues across Poland.
By integrating all sales channels—from Pyszne.pl to proprietary restaurant systems—restaurateurs have regained time, order, and control. They no longer battle with apps; today they manage them from one intuitive panel.
That lets them concentrate on what truly matters in gastronomy: flavour, guests, and quality of service.
