How the integration works

  4. One integration, all platforms covered: Manage orders from multiple channels without switching between tablets or apps

Key integration features

The following features are supported by the integration:

Menu synchronization

  • Menu mapping: Menu is fetched by Restimo to perform manual menu mapping in dedicated interface in Restimo
  • Full menu sync: Any changes on POS are reflected in Restimo

Transferring orders from Restimo to POS

  • Automatic order transfer: Transfer orders to POS automatically
  • Supports all order types: External delivery (3P), own delivery (2P), pickup, planned (pre-order)
  • Customer information: Access to customer name, phone number, and address (if shared by the platform)
  • Invoice information: Transfer invoicing details if requested by the customer
  • Comments and notes: Visibility of customer notes for the whole order or specific items
  • Payment types: Distinguishes payment methods like online, cash, card
  • Order pickup time: Information on the specific time when the order is expected be ready and picked up either by the courier or the eater
  • Discounts: Processes order discounts
  • Fees: Processes additional costs & service fees
  • Order management: Accept or reject orders directly from the POS interface
  • Status updates: Change and track order statuses in real-time directly on the POS
  • Unmapped items handling: Allows orders with unknown items to pass through to the POS and highlights them for the staff
  • Dark kitchens: Supports orders incoming from multi-restaurants per location

Prerequisites

Before you begin, ensure you have the following:

  • Active subscription in Restimo, menu is ready and published, delivery channels are connected
  • Active subscription in Syrve

Setup

The integration process is guided by our team

  1. Connect with us: Reach out to us via chat or phone to request the SYRVE integration. Not yet with us? Fill the form below and say you need this integration!
  2. Authorize the connection: Provide any necessary API keys or credentials from your POS as guided by our team. In most cases, we team up with the Partner directly to save you from the technical setup
  3. Select your items: On your POS, mark the items or categories you want to sync with Restimo for online sales
  4. Map your menu: Use our intuitive UI to link your POS items with delivery products. Think of it as teaching the system which button to "press" on your POS when a specific item arrives. Need it done for you? Our team can handle the full mapping process for an additional fee
  5. Go live: Notify our team once mapping is done. We will perform a final check and activate the live connection
