UpMenu orders accept after pickup time has passed

Accept UpMenu orders reliably when the planned pickup time has passed.

UpMenu: When an order’s scheduled pickup or delivery time has already passed, you will still be able to accept it in Restimo. Pickup and delivery times will then be automatically updated to the current time. We still recommend choosing an appropriate pickup time when accepting the order, so customers receive the most accurate estimate possible.
