Wolt categories and UpMenu connection checks
Duplicate categories fixed on Wolt; steadier UpMenu status when keys are valid.
Fixes
- Wolt: Improved category display for restaurants with more than one menu, eliminating duplicate display of the same categories
- UpMenu: Improved communication with the UpMenu service, which eliminates accidental messages about disconnected integration
