Hub controls, changelog popup, POS safeguards, and order fixes.

What's new popup: Restimo can show recent release notes inside Restimo and from the notification bell, keeping teams informed about changes directly in the app
Management: core company, localization, and restaurant details are read-only in Restimo while day-to-day settings stay editable in the right places
Company documents: admin users can edit company document metadata directly from company details

Menu publishing: publish buttons now account for both location and restaurant activity, helping prevent publishing from inactive records
Syrve: missing order-type configuration and item mapping or total mismatches are surfaced more clearly, and mismatched orders are blocked before they reach POS
Pyszne.pl: a second order notification for the same order can update pickup time when it materially changes
Restimo Ordering: pickup-time change notifications are handled without unsupported-notification errors

This release also includes cleaner logging, package upgrades, and formatting updates that improve reliability behind the scenes.
