Clearer Wolt menu hours for scheduled orders
Wolt category hours follow the channel setup more closely.
Fixes
- Wolt: category availability no longer falls back to restaurant ordering hours when menu hours are not provided, keeping scheduled order windows closer to the channel setup
Improvements
- Wolt: menu processing is simpler and more reliable when weekly availability is calculated
